Eduardo Mercader is the coordinator of the development and systems area at NIC Chile, and a professor of the Network Communication at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Chile. [1]
Eduardo has more than 18 years of experience in the areas of network administration and systems, as well as the design, construction test, start up, and maintenance informatics systems. He has participated in diverse projects and consultancies for the Chilean Ministry of the Interior, the Administrative Corporation of the Judicial Power, Conaf, VTR, Enersis and ENTEL among others.
