Nicolás Caballero is the IT Coordinator and Technical Advisor for the Office of the President of the Republic of Paraguay, he is also his country's representative to ICANN's Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC).[1] His first meeting as a GAC representative was at ICANN 43 in Costa Rica. He also works with LACNIC and SPI (Software in the Public Interest, Inc.).[2]

Mr. Caballero's background is in software engineering and civil service.

Nicolás is a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.[3]
