Alejandro Moscol is a Telecommunications Lawyer at Organismo Supervisor de Inversión Privada en Telecomunicaciones (OSIPTEL). He is also a Professor of Administrative Rights at the Pontifica Catholic University of Peru.[1]
He was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 43 in San Jose, Costa Rica.[2]
Career History
He has worked with OSIPTEL for 10 years, starting in 1999 as an Attorney of Legal Management, then as and Advocate for Corporate Relations Management (2007-2009), and then as the Coordinator of International Relations (2009-2010).[1]
Education
Mr. Mosocol holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Peru and Magister in Regulation of Public Utilities from the same university.[1]
