Gonzalo Heredia is the General Coordinator of PSI, [1] and the Secretary of Communications at the Ministry of Federal Planning in Argentina.[2][3]
Gonzalo attended ICANN Mexico[4] and has attended many other Internet and IT related meetings.[5] He was a speaker at the Digital Agenda of Argentina.[6]
Mr. Heredia is a stakeholder at PROiDEAL.[7]
