Florence Lengoumbi Kouya is a Councillor to the Ministere de l'Economie Numerique de la Communication et de la Poste of the country of Gabon. She participates in ICANN's GAC, and first began work with ICANN in Dakar at ICANN 42.[1] She is involved in the ITU and represents her government at other regional and international fora and political sessions.[2][3]
