Francis Behanzin Awagbe is the Inspector General of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security for the nation of Benin. He is also the Controller General of the national police. He is involved in security discussions within ICANN.[1] Notable work has included securing the safe-transfer of the remains of a local Prince,[2] he has also travelled to the Vatican and met personally with the Pope.[3]
