Viviane Vinagre is a Law student Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Is member and secretary of the Grupo de Estudos de Direito da Internet (GEDI), UFRN's only institutionalized Internet Governance group, and of LABIRINT LoFt, a UFPB's research group about Law and Technology.
