Lalit Chandra Mathur is the Vice President of delDSL. He is in charge of sales, corporate affairs, and regulatory issues, and has served in this position since 2000. Mathur is a member of ISPAI and APNIC.[1] He is also on the Board of Directors for National Internet Exchange of India, and is an Executive Council Member for ISPAI, aiding with policy formulation and advocacy for both organizations. He is also Secretary for the Delhi chapter of ISOC.[2]
