Michele Jourdan is the Manager of the New gTLD Communications Department at ICANN.[1] She joined ICANN in August, 2008 as an Executive Assistant, and became Media & Marketing Coordinator in June 2010. She was promoted to her current position in October, 2010.[2]

Education
Michele graduated from Concordia University-Austin in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Behavioral Science, and in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Business with a Human Resource Management focus.[4]
