.durban is a proposed new GeoTLD submitted to ICANN's new gTLD expansion program. The application for the .durban domain name string was submitted by UniForum SA, registry operator of South Africa's .za country code top level domain (ccTLD). The company is also doing business as ZA Central Registry, and has applied for .africa, .joburg, and .capetown.[1][2]
