Patrick Hosein is the President and CEO of Trinidad and Tobago Network Information Centre, which is the ccTLD operator responsible for registration and administration of .tt ccTLD. He has previously worked at Ericsson and AT&T.[1]

Hosein is involved with ICANN through the ccNSO, which, as of July 2013, he has been a participant of for over seven years.[2]
