Mwendwa Kivuva has been involved with Business Development at Transworld Computer Channels a Kenyan Registrar[1] since December 2002; he has also been an ICT Administrator at the University of Nairobi since September 2007. Being a Certified Information Systems Auditor, he's been on the Communications Committee of the Kenya chapter of ISACA.[2]

He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC from 2012, and is currently in the process of joining the local ISOC chapter to AFRALO.[3]. Mwendwa was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 47 in Durban, South Africa.[4] He was also a member of the Kenya IGF Working Group 2013.[2]. He is also an ISOC Ambassador to the 2013 IGF in Bali, Indonesia.[5]
