Career History
Said has worked with Audience Call and Vista Ing based in Casblanca Technopark in Morocco. Said studied and worked in France and California (Paris, Toulouse and UC Berkeley) before returning home in 2000. He is Co-Founder and former CTO of Maroc Connect, it is an ISP owned by France Telecom.[2]
Said was an IT consultant mainly involved with the development of solutions and services related to Business Networks Performance Optimisation and Network Applications Auditing in partnership with Ipanema Technologies and deploying Last Mile infrastructures using wireless technologies.
Said worked with several Professionnal Associations and NGOs like the Moroccan Information Technologies Professionals Association (Apebi), Multilingual Internet Names Consortium (MINC) and the Moroccan American Circle(MAC).[3]
He was a Research Physicist from 1992 to 1999 at the Space Sciences Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley.[4]
