Heather Costelloe is a final year bachelor of laws student at Murdoch University, located in Perth, Australia. Heather is currently completing her honours thesis on how a precise definition of a ‘well-known mark’ in ICANN Policy could facilitate refinement of international trademark law. Heather will be attending ICANN60 as part of the NextGen@ICANN program.
