I met Ray King at Wikisym in August 2005 and we discovered that we both lived in Portland. He invited me to a couple of wiki get-to-gethers at his house where I got to know him better. He asked me to come help with the ICANNWikiI in Vancouver in December 2005 and I agreed as a favor to him.
