Mark Bannon works as a Chairman within the International Development Council for Academic Studies [1]. He is a member of the NCUC media/promotion team and is an avid campaigner of non-commercial representation within ICANN.

Career History

In terms of management training, he holds postgraduate DBS accreditation covering Financial Management, Human Resource and Marketing.[2] For the past ten years he has been a stong public advocate of the open source programming movement. As he has created software and scripts in many languages; such as ASP, C++, Fortran, Perl, PHP and Java, he has a profound knowledge of technology usage within organisations.
