Njeri Rionge is the CEO and founder of Ignite Consulting & Investment Limited, and director and co-founder of Wananchi Online Limited, a leading IP communications solutions provider.
She is a successful senior executive with extensive local and international experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. She has demonstrated an ability to lead, influence, manage group dynamics, inspire, and mentor others to achieve outstanding bottom-line results for both employees and the organization. By co-founding and leading Wanachi Online she has show her ability to implement cost effective business solutions.
Ms. Rionge is also engaged in strategic decision-making positions as a director and chairperson of several boards and board committees for a broad spectrum of industries.[1]
Njeri was the first female African representative seated on ICANN's board.[2]

Njeri Rionge was selected for the ICANN Board by the Nominating Committee. Her first term ran from 26 June 2003 through the conclusion of ICANN's annual meeting in 2005. She was then selected by the Nominating Committee to serve a second term, which runs through the conclusion of ICANN's annual meeting in November 2008.[7]
