Pacnames was a small New Zealand based registrar with about 10,000 domain names under management. In 2013, ICANN held the company in breach of its Registrar Accreditation Agreement for failing to provide records for about 25 domain names that ICANN requested.[1] ICANN suspended Pacnames' Accreditation in October of 2013, and subsequently terminated the accreditation in December 2013. The Domain names it had under management were transferred to Net-Chinese, a Taiwanese registrar.[2]
