Paul Brigner is the Director of Technology Policy for the Chamber of Digital Commerce and a Senior Fellow at the Blockchain and Cybersecurity Research Centers at Georgetown University.

Career History

Brigner is a lawyer and a technologist. From March 2012 to November 2015, Brigner was the North American Regional Bureau Director for the Internet Society, where he coordinated activities in the North American region. He provided input on a range of the organization's operational activities, including public policy, technology, capacity building, and membership and resource development. One of his key iniatives was livestreaming Internet Society events in North America.[1][2]

Brigner is previously the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Policy Officer of the MPAA, or Motion Picture Association of America.[1]

Brigner especially likes learning about new technologies, especially ones where he can have hands-on experience, and really enjoys photography and videography.[2]
