James Kindiga is the Assistant Secretary General of Communications and Information department of the Government of Kenya.[1] He is a delegate from Kenya to UNESCO and a member of The Kenya National Commission (KNATCOM) for UNESCO. He was a participant in the INTERNATIONAL BIOETHICS COMMITTEE OF UNESCO(IBC).[2]
James Kindiga was a participant at the World Summit on the Information Society(WSIS.[3] He was also at attendee at the ICANN Marrakesh,2006.[4]
