Chantelle's background is in international relations and conflict resolution. She was a Rotary International Peace Fellow at the University of Queensland (Australia), and has spent time with UNDP's Pacific Center, where she researched how UNSCR 1325 as a policy mandate was translated/interpreted into a local context by women leaders.

Commercial Stakeholder Group. Represents the full range of large and small commercial entities of the Internet, including the Business Constituency, Intellectual Property Constituency and the Internet Service Providers and Connectivity Providers Constituency (ICANN Bylaws).
