Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong Founder and CEO of HOUSE OF AFRICA, a Pan-African civil society organization based in Chad which he started in November 2018.[1]

HOUSE OF AFRICA aims to promote the development of ICT in Africa & the promotion of 17 goals of sustainable development goals of united nations & the promotion of agenda 2063 of the African Union.

He is IT Engineer and Graduated from the University of Southern Brittany in 2013.

ICANN 55 in Marrakech was his first ICANN Meeting, where he was an ICANN [2] NextGen@ICANN, as well as a founding member of the Chad chapter of ISOC.[2]

Abdeljalil is very active in AFRALO and ALAC.
