Karl Manheim is a Professor at Loyola Law School.[1] He has taught at various Universities including the University of Southern California, the University of International Business and Economics (Beijing), the University of Bologna, Harvard College, CalTech, and UCLA.[2]

Legal Work and ICANN[edit | edit source]

Karl was admitted to the California Bar in 1974, the United States Patent Bar in 1980, and the United States Supreme Court in 1984.

He was a special counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property.

Karl Manheim is the Co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Prosetta Antiviral, Inc.[3]

He is a Organizational Member in ICANN's [NCUC|Noncommercial Users Constituency]].[4]

Personal[edit | edit source]

He has handled several cases in civil rights and civil liberties. He has vocally opposed Obama's health care bill and called it unconstitutional.[5]

Mr. Manheim has a sister, named Camryn Manheim, who is an actress.[6]
