Centre National de l’Informatique (CNI) or, in English, Burundi National Center of Information Technology is the organization that manages and administers the .bi ccTLD for Burundi.[1]

The NCIT describes its registration policy as "rather liberal...as [long] as the domain name is in relation with the business name or one of its marks. The general principle is that a domain must reflect the truth."[2] It was initially managed by the US-based Network Startup Resource Center, but moved under the leadership of Victor Ciza in mid-2002.[1]
