Modou Sall is the Chief of Service & IP, and has previously worked as a Project Manager, Head of various Departments, and Network Architectures Engineer, at Orange Senegal, Sonatel. His current responsibilities include planning and architecture design for the IP network to maximize traffic; and also leading his teams work on an ADSL programming project and the expansion of production capacity and IP transmission. He is also the project manager for their IPv6 project, and their data center. He has been working with Orange, Sonatel since 2001.

Modou Sall has represented Orange not only at ICANN Singapore, but also at AfriNIC and other regional meetings. Among other things, it helps him stay updated on IPv6 and other developments throughout similarly developing countries.

Career History

Mr. Sall has 8 years experience in the development and expansion and production capacity. He joined Sonatel in 2001 as a project manager on the project technical support for migration to the X25 network IP solution. He served as department head of engineering data networks and then head of Service and Collection.
