Jillian Mertsch has been working at British Telecom's Washington, D.C., office since 2003, and is currently the Strategy & Operations Manager at BT Global Services. Her prior roles there include Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs. Jillian began as an Intern at BT but has been promoted a number of times.[1] She has an interest in promoting the success of ICANN's ISP Constituency.[2]
