Mbaye Seck Diop is the CTO of FERLO, which specializes in electronic banking and monetary data systems. His responsibilities include monitoring and managing the monetary data systems and the network as a whole. He was previously an ORACLE engineer. He attended ICANN Senegal,[1] and now has an interest in participating in the ICANN Fellowship program.[2]
Mr. Diop studied at the Université Gaston Berger.[3]
