Joost Zuurbier is co-President of Verza, which provides, with its affiliate Verotel, credit card transaction services for VISA and MasterCard. Verotel is a registered VISA/MC ISO-compliant business. Joost is also the founder and managing director of Dot TK, which is the registry for the Tokelau Islands. He has managed various companies buying/selling hardware, and organizing large computer exhibitions in the Netherlands and Belgium.[1][2][3]

Career History[edit | edit source]

  • In 1999 he worked as an Assistant carpenter and custom carrier at Smith Construction Company in Beverwijk.
  • In 2000 , he worked as an Architectural Draftsman at Carve engineering firm in Amsterdam.
  • From 2002-2003, he worked at the School of the Arts Utrecht as a Workshop Assistant
  • From 2003-2004, he worked as a Urban artist / assistant designer at Municipality of Velsen, Spatial Planning and Housing Department.
  • He was the Assistant designer at Architectural Citythoughts Amsterdam from 2005-2006.
  • He is a part of the project: traffic circulation visualization Hoofddorp since 2007.[4]
