Martin Pablo Silva Valent is an independent lawyer in Argentina[1]
Silva's first ICANN Meeting was ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, where he attended as an Honorary Fellow. He also participated as a Fellow on the ICANN 50 in London and in ICANN 51 in Los Angeles as an Alumni Leader in the Fellowship Program. During this last meeting he was proposed for the ExCom position of Secretariat at the NPOC Constituency were he also attended the second NCHP meeting in Washington. He is also an active member in the LAC community and in the Academy Working Group[1]
