Tarik Merghani is the CTO of the .sd Registry, the ccTLD for the country of Sudan.[1]

Merghani has attended more than 4 ICANN meetings, including ICANN 49 in Singapore. He is involved in the AIDN Working Group, AFTLD, and is a ccNSO member.[1]
