Ms. Ralefatane aims to make South Africa's Regulatory Authority one that "promote access to the internet and collaborate with the commercialization of the internet," thorugh cooperation between government and private entities, empowerment of women, promoting affordable internet access to rural/disadvantaged communities, and education.
