Oscar Guillén Garachana has been a Business Operations Team Lead at Rightside since October 2014, where he leads the tehnical support offered to registrars and manages the quality standards program. He also manages the Business Operations team, developing policies and procedures to help guide and empower employees.[1][2]
ICANN 54 in Dublin was his first ICANN Meeting.[1]
