The Council of Country Code Administrators (CoCCA) is a New Zealand ccTLD registry services provider. It was a non-profit Australian entity established in 2004 by the administrators of several small ccTLDs in the Asia Pacific region. The Council of Country Code Administrators Limited was de-registered in Australia 2009.

CoCCA Registry Services (NZ) Limited was incorporated in 2009 as an internet infrastructure company to support the former members of the non-profit entity.

CoCCA Registry Services (NZ) Limited provides infrastructure assistance to the managers of 59 TLDs.

The registry software developed and maintained by CoCCA is widely deployed and has become a trusted tool for many administrators of internet top-level domains.
