The Asociacion Colombiana de usarios de Internet is a non-profit entity supported by the Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla, Columbia. They focus on minimizing the digital divide for Internet end-users in Columbia and developing policies that defend these users in the cases of improved access, domain names and numbers, computer security and best practices and use of the Internet.
