RNIDS (Registar acionalnog internet domena Srbije) is the organization responsible for managing Serbia's country code top-level domains: .rs (Republic of Serbia) and .срб (the Cyrillic version). It was established in 2006 as a non-profit foundation.

The organization's main responsibilities include: -Managing and maintaining the registry of .rs and .срб domains -Developing policies for domain registration -Ensuring the technical stability of Serbia's national domain infrastructure

They work with authorized registrars who handle the actual domain registration process for end users.

RNIDS operates as a private non-profit foundation and has the following key organizational bodies:

Conference of Co-founders -This is the highest governing body -Consists of representatives from member organizations that helped establish RNIDS -Makes strategic decisions and elects other governing bodies

Board of Governors -Executive body responsible for operational management -Consists of 7 members elected by the Conference of Co-founders -Oversees implementation of policies and strategies

Director -Manages day-to-day operations -Appointed by the Board of Governors -Represents RNIDS in legal matters

Statutory Commission -Oversees compliance with internal regulations -Interprets the foundation's statutes

The organization also has various working groups and committees that handle specific aspects of domain management and policy development.
