Bienvenu Lumbu Kitungwa is the Conseiller en charge des NTICs et Télécoms at Ministère des PTT. He is also a member of the Inter-Governmental Assembly (IGA).[1] Mr. Kitungwa is a GAC Representative for his Country.[2]
He attended ICANN Singapore.[3]
