Vahan Hovsepyan is an initiator and Founding Director of Armenian Internet Traffic Exchange Foundation-ARMIX.

He also serves as a RIPE NCC ER team member-as an External Relations Officer, responsible for Central Asia and Caucasus.

He was one of the founders of ISOC IoT SIG and has been elected as a Vice-Chari of it.
