Alexandre Arns Gonzales has a bachelor degree in International Relations by the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA) and is attending to a graduate school in Political Science by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). His research project is about Internet Governance related to development issues, trying to identify how public and private interessed agents involved in the Internet Governance influence policy's around issues like digital inclusion, Internet industry, intelectual property enforcement law, phisical infrastructure development, "Big Data" and human rights. And was participating in the 53º ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires, in june of 2015, by the Next@Gen Program.
