Halefom H. Abraha is currently serving as internet law and policy researcher, and deputy director of legal and policy at Information Network Security Agency (INSA), Ethiopia. He obtained Master of laws (LLM) in IT and Telecommunications Law from University of Southampton, UK and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mekelle University, Ethiopia. He also studied Cyber Security Policy at the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), U.S.A.
