Alena Muravska is a Customer Service Analyst at the RIPE NCC dealing with contractual changes, performing due diligence and ensuring compliance with RIPE Internet number resources transfer policies, advising on policies and focusing on finding the best solution for RIPE NCC members.

Alena has keen interest in Internet governance and multistakeholder cooperation. She is EuroSSIG fellow 2017 and recently joined ISOC as a member. Her first engagement with ICANN was at ICANN58 in Copenhagen.

Alena holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering (cum laude) from the National Technical University of Ukraine. She is Ukrainian-Russian bilingual, fluent in English and Dutch, and has a good understanding of Polish and Belorussian.

Alena is based in Amsterdam (NL).
