Ron Sherwood has been a trustee of NIC.VI^[1] since the ccTLD was established in 1999.^[2]

Ron has attended ICANN Meetings in Silicon Valley, Nairobi, Seoul, and elsewhere.^[3]^[4]^[5] He has also been very active within the ccNSO:^[6]^[7] ^[8]^[9] he joined the ccNSO when it started in 2001, and has been its ALAC liaison since 2008.^[10] He has participated in ccTLD name server training in Shanghai,^[11] and ICANN meetings in 2002 and 2003 that deal specifically with ccTLD related issues.^[12]^[13] He has also participated in many ICANN Working Groups.^[14]
