Michael Graham is a Partner at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP.[1] He has been active in ICANN's new Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC). He has been involved with International Trademark Association (INTA) throughout his career, and is currently active in the Internet Committee, and gTLD sub-committee. He has been in these committees since 2009, though he has been involved with INTA since 1987.[2]

Mr. Graham holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, M.A. English from Ohio University and B.S.Ed. in Secondary English and Speech from Miami University.
Awards and Honors[edit | edit source]
He was awarded a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating and was the Leading Lawyer of 2009.[3]

Mr. Graham is in a basement cover band called Dads Gone Bad, which cover songs from early rock, late ‘60s power trio rock, blues, punk, soul, dance, alt.country and contemporary alternative music. Michael plays bass guitar.[4]
