Darlene Thompson is currently the Secretary of NARALO. She is also the Secretary/Treasurer of N-CAP, a non-profit company that represents telecentres in Canada’s far northern territory of Nunavut, and the Community Access Program Administrator for the Nunavut Department of Education. As the latter, she administers all funding the local telecentres and takes the lead in many IT-related areas and projects. Darlene has an interest in how ICTs can be used to strengthen distance education and sustainable development in rural and remote communities. She is also a member of the OPOC Working Group.
