Matthew Griffith is the CEO and President of Merlix LLC.

Matt has been involved in the internet since 1994 with Merlix LLC (formerly Graphix.com). Matt comes from a versatile background with software development, sales and eBusiness consulting.

Matt has founded over a dozen companies (mostly internet companies) over the past 20 years. In 1998, Matt founded RedWagon.com and co-founded PedalCars.com both of which were online toy companies that were sold years later. Matt's current project is eBusinesses.com, a site dedicated to providing online business owners everything they need to start, buy, operate, market and sell their online business.

Matt is a licensed real estate broker, certified business broker and business finance consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Matt also is an experienced software developer in languages such as VB.Net, C# and ASP as well as the old school languages of Assembler, COBOL and Fortran.[1]
