Thomas Darre Medard Frederiksen is the Chief Operating Officer at One.com, a web hosting company based in Denmark. Frederiksen has been the COO since since September 2011, though he has been with the company since October 2007, initially as a Support & Administration Manager, and then as the Head of Corporate Relations.[1][2] His current areas of responsibility include Java and Web Application development, overall IT operations and technical customer support, recruitment, public and press relations, and public affairs projects.[1]
Frederiksen is also involved with ICANN through the Registrars Stakeholder Group and the Registries Stakeholder Group. As of ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, Frederiksen had been to more than two ICANN Meeting.[2]
Frederiksen explains that he is most "interested in organizations and companies where 'the human factor' is considered a valuable asset, and where it is a part of the company's main strategy to listen to and act from input given by its end-user customers and its employees."[1]
