Amicia Mussenden is an economist with over 23 years of experience in public policy analysis, strategic planning and project management in the public sector. She currently holds the position of Director of Technology in the Department of Technology, Ministry of Justice, Legal Affairs and Communications, Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. Mussenden is also a Commissioner of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in St. Kitts and Nevis. She is knowledgeable about Internet governance, ICT strategy and is actively involved in promoting the development of the tech sector in St. Kitts and Nevis.

Mussenden is also a Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in Web/Email/SEO Copywriting.
