I am Sonam Keba from Bhutan working as System administrator for Contact Center in Bhutan Telecom largest Telecom and Internet Service provider in the country. My role requires me to configure new Contact Center Customers, design Call flows and overseeing the smooth running of contact center. We resolve technical issues related to systems and also handles IT project. Apart from my normal work, I am also interested in subject the functioning of core network in the Internet and transition of IPV6. I belong to a country (Bhutan) where Information Technology has begun to advance in recent years with its multiple benefits. Internet is one of the media that has taken stand in benefiting societies in many ways. Keeping this view, I felt ICANN (Internet Corporate for Assigned Names and Numbers) meeting is very important forum for me to participate specifically to get broadly educated and gain enriching experience in the aspects of internet and its usages from distinguished members. In fact, the nature of this meeting is found very much relevant and appropriate to the organization I work for and my profession. Besides other programs for professional development, this meeting is found significant as it provides applicable knowledge through multiple activities such as discussion, workshops and airing opinion among knowledgeable members on the operation of the Internet.
