Michael Ilishebo is a Law Enforcement Officer working for Zambia Police Service. He studied Information Technology at The Copperbelt University, Cyber Security and ICT Policy in the USA (2013) and Intellectual Property Law with WIPO Academy. He is an active member of the Africa Internet Governance Forum and has made numerous presentations in the area of Cyber Security at both the continental and regional IGFs. Michael is a two time ICANN Fellow (Singapore 52-2015 and Morocco 55 - 2016) and an alumni of the second African School on Internet Governance AfriSIG (2014 - Mauritius)
