Daniel is the founder and Executive Director of ILICIT Africa an organization whose aim is to foster ICT adoption in Africa Indigenous Communities. Having graduated in Information technology he has been involved in policy development processes in various organization and global bodies which include ICANN, Internet Society, FOSSFA to mention.
