Manuel Sanroma is the head of the Foundation PuntCAT, which was established for the purpose of managing .cat TLDs for the Catalan language.

In 2002, Manuel Sanroma was the representative of PuntCAT at the XII Congreso de Valores de Empresa Y Sociedad, which took place in Barcelona. [1]

There is a Sponsored TLD Registry Agreement between PuntCAT and ICANN.[2]

Current Position

Apart from being the head of the Foundation PuntCAT, Manuel Sanroma is also Director of the Universitat Rovira I Virgili, and the Chair of Science and Humanism at the same university.[3]

Professional Experience

Manuel Sanroma was a founding member of TINET, Tarragona Internet, which was created in 1995. Since 2005, he has been the Director of information systems of the Santa Tecla Health and Social Network.[4]
